Key Functions:
- Full Project Estimating
- Production Rates and crew size analysis
- Subcontractor solicitation and management
- Budget Development
- NTP to key subcontractors
- Document distribution
- Schedule development
- Kickoff meeting with superintendent
- Pre-con meetings
- Risk assessment and management
- Construction Phase Management
- Safety oversight
- Materials Procurement
- Company equipment and tools management
- Punch list management
- Paperwork and claims management
- Warranty Process
Required Education and Experience
- Completion of a four (4) year bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science and/or Civil Engineering, from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience (10+ preferred)
- Knowledge of project estimating, materials costing, and/or working with subcontractors
- A valid, state issued and insurable drivers’ license.
